  1. DEFINITIONS

“Us”, “We”, “Our”, “the Company” or “the Owner” refers to Real Giving Pty Ltd Pty Ltd

“Us”, “We”, “Our”, “the Company” or “the Owner” also includes any employees, affiliates, agents or other representatives of Real Giving Pty Ltd Pty Ltd.

“You” or “Your” refers to the user of the Website.

“Your Content” means any Content posted to or added to the Website, Content or Materials by You or by somebody authorised by You or doing so on Your behalf.

In this Privacy Policy, unless the context otherwise requires, the following rules of interpretation shall apply

Information We Collect

To use Real Giving Pty Ltd products and deals you need to have an account, and to create an account, you need to provide us certain information. Likewise, if you use our paid products and deals, we cannot provide them to you without getting payment information. Basically, certain information is necessary if you want to use many of our products and deals.

Personal Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide us with some information so that we can provide our services to you. This includes a display name (for example, “John Smith”); an email address; a password; a phone number and third-party single sign-in information (if you choose this sign-in method). Your email and phone number is required to send you order/booking confirmations and reminders and Real Giving Pty Ltd businesses need your phone number and email to contact you for order deliveries and appointments.

Payment Information

In order to purchase products, and deals you will need to provide us payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.

  1. Delete Your Account

You can delete your account anytime by going into Settings -> Profile -> Delete My Account. Once your account is deleted, your account is no longer available in our systems. Please note, deleting a user account deletes all of the user’s personal data. You won’t be able to reactivate your previous account and you won’t have access to any old orders/bookings.

  1. COOKIES

Cookies are small files stored on Your computer or mobile device which collect information about Your browsing behaviour. We do not use cookies in connection with the Product.

  2. Please note that no systems involving the transmission of information via the internet, or the electronic storage of data, are completely secure. However, we take the protection and storage of Your Personal Information very seriously.

We will make all reasonable efforts to promptly comply with Your requests. However, You may receive subsequent correspondence from Us while Your request is being handled.

COMPLAINTS

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If You have a complaint in relation to Our handling of Your Personal Information, We will endeavour to handle it promptly and fairly. For Your information, an overview of Our complaints handling procedure is as follows: Complaints are reviewed within 7 days. After that period, We may contact You to request further information. In any case, We aim to provide a response within 21 days.
